Despite its diminutive size, Singapore is an essential stopping-off point for globetrotting wine producers. This month, I tasted with emissaries from Colgin and DuMOL in California, Domäne Wachau in Austria, Čuvar in New Zealand, and Lethbridge and Tolpuddle in Australia – and that's before the biennial Vinexpo Asia opened its doors here yesterday.
