I am a big fan of South African wine.

Having first visited in 2015 and returned twice since, as well as attended a number of London trade tastings, I can safely say that South Africa is the wine country that excites me the most. It is perhaps no surprise that several of my wines of the week have come from the Cape.

Although wine production in the country extends back well over 300 years...
