Ardure, Job's Peak Coferment 2020 Nevada

16.5

50% Brianna, 50% St Croix. Grown at more than 5,000 ft/1,520 m elevation in Douglas County. A blend of red and white grapes fermented whole cluster, then pressed into older barrel. Aged 11 months before bottling.
Juicy, fresh and mouth-watering. With flavours of crushed cherries and a bit of watermelon Jolly Rancher candy (without the sweetness), the Job’s Peak Coferment offers mouth-watering acidity, an overall sense of purity and a lot of length. The wine is nervy and would be versatile at the table. Think of it as fulfilling the role of a very slightly fuller-bodied and darker-toned Gamay. (ECB)
