Ardure, Job's Peak La Crosse 2020 Nevada

16

Grown at more than 5,000 ft/1,520 m elevation in Douglas County. Left on skins for one day before the start of fermentation, then pressed and put to older barrel for fermentation. Aged 11 months before bottling.
Notes of canned apricot, orange zest and a bit of fresh pineapple. Very lightly tactile tannin and plenty of mouth-watering acidity. Serve this wine very lightly chilled but not cold – it definitely offers more flesh in the mouth than a straight-to-press white but is not as substantial as an orange wine. (ECB)
