Ch de Chantegrive, Caroline 2021 Graves

16.5

Full bottle 1,243 g. 56% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Sémillon, 4% Sauvignon Gris picked 2–21 September. Barrel fermentation and aged for nine months in barriques (50% new). Cask sample.
Richly floral aroma and then zesty, marked acidity on the palate. Very subtle oak influence with a dry, mineral finish. A charmer though probably not for very long keeping.
