Who'd want to work for Constellation? Perhaps it's inevitable that the world's biggest wine company is also proving to be a leader in shrinking personnel to fit the world's currently shrunk economy but it does send a shiver down my spine that the company that owns Hardys, Banrock Station, Houghton, Leasingham, Stonehaven, Amberley, Tintara, Starvedog Lane and Barossa Valley Estate should have got rid of such a pillar of the Australian wine community as Peter Dawson of Hardys.
