Bordeaux 2012 – done and dusted at Sours

Martin Krajewski, owner of Ch de Sours in Entre-Deux-Mers and Clos Cantenac in St-Émilion, sends his final report on this year's harvest.

In the end it all finished up without incident and the weather was even reasonably kind earlier in the week, although I really would not want to still have much left to pick as today (10 October) we've had stop/start rain again and quite humid conditions. Looking at the weather forecasts, it isn't going to get much better now either.
