With so much to discover, Jancis and Tam both attended the inaugural Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) wine fair in London earlier this year. We begin our three-part coverage with Jancis’s 41 tasting notes on wines from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia next door, and Cyprus, the island undergoing perhaps the most dramatic wine revolution of all.
