You have until noon GMT this Sunday (15 Dec) to bid for some superb magnums, double magnums and jeroboams, just in time for mid-winter celebrations.

All the wines in the star-studded cast below, many of them signed by the owner or winemaker, have been generously donated by their producers in aid of The Grape Foundation, the children's charity established by members of the wine trade to Grape_Foundationhelp underprivileged children around the world. (This photo shows the significant result of a previous fundraiser: a cheque for £15,500 being presented by Paul Anthony Gidley, chief executive of The Grape Foundation, to Pippa Gough, general manager of Children with Cancer, and Luke Everett, a survivor of hepatoblastoma, at the UCL Cancer Institute Paul O'Gorman Building.)

The auction is being held on the GrapePip wine auction site and you'll find full instructions on how to bid there. The auction works just like eBay. All you have to do is register on the GrapePip site and either make incremental bids or enter your maximum and leave it to the site's system to bid for you. All wines are duty paid.

Bidders will be liable for delivery (delivery within the UK is £15 including VAT per lot for this auction) and there will be a 5% administrative fee charged on the hammer price of all lots. If you are bidding from outside the UK, GrapePip can arrange delivery to shippers such as Seabrooks or Connoisseur for you to make your own arrangements from there.
