In its second year, Jazz & Wine has organised concerts at some of the smartest châteaux in Bordeaux. Although the programme is coming to an end, if you are in the area this weekend you might still be able to catch the last two. Concerts are followed by a tasting offered by the château owner.

This year the promoters are also running an awareness campaign about bone marrow donation, in honour of saxophonist Michaël Brecker, who died in January 2007 of a rare from of leukemia.
