We all love Loire wines and would love to see them more widely celebrated. I was sad to see that when I tweeted a link to last Friday's wine of the week, a superb Vouvray Sec, the number of clicks on that link was significantly lower than usual. What a shame! It seems a number of wine lovers prefer to remain unmoved by the clarity and freshness that the Loire's better wines can offer.
