‘Victory snatched from the jaws of defeat’ would be one way of describing the 2024 vintage in the northern Rhône. But after a couple of weeks tasting and touring through the region this autumn, I can report that, despite the weather challenges, it looks like the region’s impressively good run of vintages will continue to rumble on.
