Here is the longer, second instalment of my notes from a comprehensive blind tasting of all the top wines of Bordeaux, and many others besides – 197 wines in all. Alas, real successes in the lower ranks are more elusive in this particularly late vintage than in the two vintages that succeeded it but they exist.
