| The pretty country town of Ludlow on the English/Welsh border has established itself over the last few years as the foodie capital of Britain. It has a first-class market, many excellent independent food stores and no fewer than four serious restaurants with an impressive sprinkling of Michelin stars. A source extremely close to Nick, fraternal one might almost call it, advises us that he has a rather nice house to let for weekends or weeks on Ludlow's main street. We have yet to visit the property ourselves, so cannot vouch for it personally, but can certainly attest that Ludlow is a great place to visit – not least for ex-Gidleigh Park Shaun Hill's Merchant House restaurant. Oh, and the Castle and beauty of surrounding countryside too of course. To find out more about this house to let, visit www.houseinludlow.com. |
