It's amazing how widespread are the effects on the internet. Now that Berry Bros have such a skilful online retail presence, they can make their offer of this new port vintage just hours after their port buyer tastes the wines. I know because I tasted with him in a blind marathon for The World of Fine Wine last Friday. I'll be publishing my tasting notes and overview in a week's time.
