100 years of wine books – part 1

After several years and many rejected topics, my final Master of Wine research paper topic was about books. Specifically, the title was 'How have trends in the publication of consumer wine books changed since 1914, and how does this inform their present prospects?' The whole paper was necessarily composed in academic language, but I have now rewritten it in what I hope is a more readable idiom. What follows is an abridged version of my research and analysis which reveals all the most significant findings.
