I still have a physical diary. In August I had precisely zero work appointments marked in it plus a few online meetings.
In September there were 43 work-related entries and far more online meetings than in September, as well as such cultural expeditions as those to see the revealing Kiefer and Van Gogh exhibition at the Royal Academy, Inter Alia and Bacchae at the National Theatre, an orchestra fundraiser at Fidelio Café and the Sargent/American heiresses exhibition at Kenwood House.
I won’t mention here the tastings, meals and awards ceremonies...
