The story I'm going to tell you today started a few years ago at one of the best restaurants in Spain, Hispania, in the tourist resort of Arenys de Mar, 40 km north of Barcelona. Hispania and its two cooks and owners, sisters Paquita and Lolita Rexach, are a legend. A living legend.
