Forgive an old cynic but I feel impelled to write about a new brand from Constellation (q v), the company that is definitively the biggest wine company in the world now that it has swallowed Mondavi whole – even if the joint ventures seem to be being spun off into the sole ownership of Mondavi’s ex-partners.
