I was initially a bit sceptical about Twitter but it has increasingly seemed like an unstoppable force, so we started looking in to registering – only to find that someone quite different had registered as both Jancis Robinson and Jancis. This caused a bit of a hiccup and Twitter Support wasn’t particularly supportive when we first approached them with a view to resolving the problem.
