The extent of vine damage caused by the worst spring frosts Chile has seen for a decade has now been assessed by the National Association of Agricultural Engineers and Winemakers of Chile. Agricultural engineer and founder of AndesWines.com, the first bilingual South American wine site, Maximiliano Morales, reports.
