Drappier plunges to new heights


A small tasting that revealed the fascinating and unpredictable effects of ageing champagne under the sea. 

‘This is going to be a problem for us’, joked Michel Drappier after the tasters at this comparative ‘immersion’ tasting in London showed a clear preference when tasting the first pair of wines for the one aged off the French coast in the Bay of St-Malo.
