The inimitable Louise Hurren – pictured here on the right and Languedoc-Roussillon's most committed unofficial ambassador and consummate social media queen – responded to my email request to 'taste a few wines while on holiday in the Languedoc' last summer, with a table bathed in glorious sunlight, groaning under the weight of bottles, and a view of the vineyards of La Clape (thanks to the generous hospitality of Eric Fabre of Ch d'Anglès).
