Firstly the producers I visited and where I was able to taste a range of wines; secondly the wines I tasted in an impressive wine bar in Tomi City, mainly so that I could taste wines from some of the producers I was not able to visit; thirdly the wines that producers brought to a seminar for me to taste and comment on after I had done a presentation on international trends in grape varieties...
