There aren't many wines offered to consumers by their producers both young and mature. In fact I'm struggling to think of any other than Pewsey Vale Riesling from South Australia's Eden Valley (though doubtless someone will remind me of a host of producers who deliberately keep wines back for a programme of museum releases).
