Six vintages of Cheval des Andes

Considering Lorenzo Pasquini was supposed to be in Mendoza picking the Malbec for Cheval des Andes 2017, he had a remarkably cool demeanour about him when tasting six previous vintages in London on 1 March. He was flying back to Argentina that evening, and the grapes would have to wait – his team was standing by, but nothing would be harvested without his presence.
