Friday’s Culinary Institute of America Vintners Hall of Fame dinner in St Helena honoured Robert Mondavi, departed pioneers André Tchelistcheff, Georges de Latour, Charles Krug, Agoston Haraszthy, Gustave Niebaum and Brother Timothy, and UC Davis professors Maynard Amerine and Harold Olmo.
