World's great chefs invade Lancashire

Northcote Manor, the celebrated hotel and restaurant run by Nigel Haworth and Craig Bancroft in Langho, Blackburn, Lancashire celebrates its tenth Festival of Food and Wine with an incredible guest list of chefs who are flying in to cook on various evenings 27 January – 2 February.

One night will feature Christian Olsson from Stockholm, another Neil Wigglesworth from the Twin Farms, Vermont USA, whilst possibly taking just as long to head north from London will be Philip Howard from The Square, Mayfair, John Torode from Smiths of Smithfield and brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin from The Orrey and L'Escargot respectively and Heston Blumenthal from The Fat Duck, Bray, Berkshire.
