In time, we hope, for those planning a trip to London over the forthcoming holidays, here is a guide to our favourite wine bars in London. As we pointed out here, after years of having hardly any establishments worthy of the wine bar appellation, the capital is now seeing a small explosion in their number. Many of them have a strong Andalusian flavour and we have listed them separately below.
Our definition of a wine bar is that it has a decent wine selection and that you are allowed to order just a glass of wine, ie you are not forced to order food as well.
