On holidays in Saint Emilion the following year we thought, after a really good boozy lunch,what a great idea it would be to by a bottle of 2003 wine to comemerate L....'s birth. We asked the wine merchant to select a bottle for us that would appreciate in value until L....s 18th birthday when she could drink it or sell it! The merchant choose a bottle of 2003 Pavie for which we paid 90E. This bottle has now arrived. Help! How do we store 1 bottle of wine...
