巴巴莱斯科 2021 年份 – 品鉴笔记

Lustrous mid ruby. Crushed red-fruit nose with a hint of eucalyptus, dark spices. Cool yet concentrated red fruit underpinned by firm, but ripe tannins. Youthful energy. (WS)

Lustrous mid ruby. A nose hinting at rich raspberry fruit with top notes of mace. Layered fresh raspberry fruit with sandy tannins that become more prominent on the finish, counteracted by long fruit aromas. Real staying power. (WS)

Just mid ruby. Not very expressive on the nose; with aeration, brooding red fruit. Lots of juice and gripping tannins. Not enormously fruit-driven but much better than in the past. (WS)

Palish youthful ruby. Rich red fruit on the nose. Sappy red fruit with soft rustic tannins. Not enormously long, but well balanced. Ready now. (WS)

Youthful, just mid ruby. A tight nose that takes its time to open up. Compact juicy red fruit on a layer of finely grained tannins. Lots of juice and grip on the finish. (WS)

Just mid ruby. Perfumed red-fruit nose with plenty of concentration. Sappy raspberry underpinned by firm, ripe tannins adding bite to the finish. (WS)

Just mid ruby. At first a tad medicinal with sweet raspberry underneath. Soft, rich raspberry and cherry fruit on the palate with soft, drying tannins. Medium-bodied and a bit rustic. (WS)
