Bourgogne de Vigne en Verre (BVV), a Tournus-based marketing initiative for a host of different domaines, was created as long ago as 1981. The export manager Virginie Loreaux explains:
'At the time, the winegrowers, in fact the parents of the current winegrowers, thought that their "know-how" and their "desire to do" were in the vines and in the cellars...
