Chevals back to 1921 with Bipin

Particle physicist Bipin Desai of Riverside, California, has just presided over yet another superlative tasting weekend, this one devoted to verticals of Chx Cheval Blanc and Yquem with a decidedly jetlagged director of both properties Pierre Lurton in attendance.
The weekend kicked off with a run of ‘lesser’ vintages of Ch Cheval Blanc (2004, 2003, 2001, 2000, 1988, 1985, 1979, 1978, 1975, 1971, 1970, 1955, 1953, 1937 and 1934) at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in Beverly Hills.
