传统的中式甜品和葡萄酒通常志不同道不合，尤其是那些以红豆，莲蓉，白果，黄豆，白木耳，燕窝为主的甜点。这些美味润喉的饭后食品只适合“单吃”，因为它们本身就像一道饮料，润心润肺的让人慢慢品尝，根本就不需要任何配搭。近年，中式甜品开始迈向世界各地，口味也跟着国际化。加上创意使然，一些原本与葡萄酒扯不上关系的甜点也开始变形，包括引用香槟松露巧克力，的确让人惊艳。

我所说的就是每年都不能错过的月饼了。农历八月十五日，中秋月圆时。听说这天的月亮特别圆，特别明亮。难怪中国北宋文学家苏东波在中秋夜，欢饮达旦，大醉后还能写出一篇脍炙人口的颂词《水调歌头》。月饼的由来有许多版本，广为接受的是以朱元璋用月饼在八月十五来传递起义消息的故事...
