Wine invades another Chinese tradition

传统的中式甜品和葡萄酒通常志不同道不合,尤其是那些以红豆,莲蓉,白果,黄豆,白木耳,燕窝为主的甜点。这些美味润喉的饭后食品只适合“单吃”,因为它们本身就像一道饮料,润心润肺的让人慢慢品尝,根本就不需要任何配搭。近年,中式甜品开始迈向世界各地,口味也跟着国际化。加上创意使然,一些原本与葡萄酒扯不上关系的甜点也开始变形,包括引用香槟松露巧克力,的确让人惊艳。

我所说的就是每年都不能错过的月饼了。农历八月十五日,中秋月圆时。听说这天的月亮特别圆,特别明亮。难怪中国北宋文学家苏东波在中秋夜,欢饮达旦,大醉后还能写出一篇脍炙人口的颂词《水调歌头》。月饼的由来有许多版本,广为接受的是以朱元璋用月饼在八月十五来传递起义消息的故事...
