The power of scent, and how to harness it to figure out what’s in your glass.

In last week’s MBT, we focused on gathering visual clues. Today we’ll dig into how to evaluate the ‘nose’, aka aromas, of a wine, and how this can help you determine the identity of a wine. If you’ve taken my wine suggestions from part 1, go ahead and pour your Salta Torrontés, Delle Venezie Pinot Grigio, Beaujolais Nouveau or Villages and Rioja Reserva or Gran Reserva into four glasses.
