London wine merchants Roberson have had to postpone the date of their planned tasting of wines rated very differently by Michael Broadbent MW and Robert Parker respectively, or, as they put it, ‘wines rated by one critic, panned by the other'. Seems British wine lovers' thirst for controversy is difficult to slake.
It was initially planned for 26 Jun but has been put back to 10 Jul in order to allow more bottles of some of the wines to be sourced (hold on for bottle variation, folks).
The likely line-up will be:
