As a foretaste of her in-depth look at Cabernets from a region more readily associated with other varieties, Elaine Chukan Brown, currently evacuated from her home in Sonoma as a result of the terrible fires there, pinpoints her 10 favourites from the 89 Sonoma Cabernets she tasted in August, as well as descriptions of the five producers responsible for them.
