At the brilliantly organised Wiesbaden presentation of the new vintage of top dry wines by VDP producers (see A miracle of wine service), Michael Schmidt and I sat side by side and tried to carve up the roster of wines we thought would most interest you.  We will be publishing his reviews in a week or so.
