来自卢瓦尔河的优质干型白诗南 (Chenin Blanc) 过去曾是一个有些名不副实的概念，但今天绝非如此。安茹 (Anjou)、索米尔 (Saumur) 和都兰 (Touraine) 的雄心勃勃的生产商正在酿造具有纯净度和精确性的白诗南，同时体现地域特色和陈年能力。这一点在安茹西部的片岩土壤中表现得最为明显，这里被称为安茹黑区 (Anjou Noir)。
