Oh, I just can't keep up. Every week it seems I stumble across an exciting new wine producer here in Australia.
I thought I'd caught most of the country's newbies in my 2010 book The Future Makers: Australian Wines for the 21st Century. But even in the few short weeks between sending off final pages and advance copies coming back from the printers, I discovered at least half-a-dozen more labels that would have been perfect candidates for inclusion.
