It is not known by all champagne lovers that the family company that owns and runs Laurent-Perrier also owns super-luxurious Salon and its associated brand Delamotte. I happened to visit all three during my whirlwind tour of the Champagne region in June.
This was the second time in a year I had visited the neat courtyard in Tours-sur-Marne under which Laurent-Perrier’s wines are made and mature.
