Germany's 2020 releases – a guide

Thursday 9 July 2020 • 1 min read
Morstein early morning late September 2020 in Rheinhessen, Germany

We aim to provide unrivalled coverage of the whites from 2019, a vintage that Michael suggests may be Germany's vintage of the century, and many a red wine released this year, typically from 2018 and 2017. Michael continues to taste in regional groups at his home in Germany and we both hope to taste the latest Grosse Gewächse releases in Wiesbaden in late August.

The arresting picture, by the way, was taken by Klaus Peter Keller early one morning in late September 2019 in his Morstein vineyard in Rheinhessen.

The most recent articles are at the top of the list.
