M&S concentrates on 'classics'

Andy reviews a range of wines from his old employer.
Having been asked by Waitrose to review a wide selection of wines the UK retailer had planned to show at their (postponed) spring press tasting, I contacted rivals M&S to see if they wanted to do something similar. They sent over a number of wines which they felt were of interest, primarily focused on their new label – M&S Classics – although some other options were also included.
Before I share with you my assessment of all the wines I tasted, it is worth looking at how this venerable company...
