This month witnessed the launch of 67 Pall Mall Singapore, where I am employed as head of wine, Asia. The photograph above shows the highly Instagrammable wine tower in the main room, holding nearly 2,500 bottles. I have cheekily superimposed a bottle of infamous (and incongruous) Portuguese pink onto the bar to signify an equally historic moment: the first ever tasting note for 'the original' Mateus rosé on JancisRobinson.com – see below.
