Those who read the posts on members' forum will know this already but I thought I should ensure that all purple pagers realise that three weeks after Philip Hackett's most recent disgruntled post about the shortcomings of the French online retailer 1855.com, we have at last had some sort of response on the forum from the sales and marketing director Fabien Hyon with his contact details fhyon@1855.com. Alas the telephone numnber he gives, +33 (0) 1 42 61 64 55, merely leads to an extremely annoying sugary-voiced tape.
I would urge any of you who still have reason to complain...
