日本のワイン造りはこの10年で飛躍的な進歩を遂げた. ワイン講師でありワイン専門通訳・翻訳者でもある小原陽子DipWSETが国内から見た現状を報告する。

日本の酒と聞いて多くの人が思い浮かべるのはまず日本酒だろう。だが日本では現在、500軒近いワイナリーでワインが造られている。ワイン造りの歴史が比較的浅いこの小さな島国のワイン産業は、急速な成長と共に特にここ10年でその品質が飛躍的に向上した刺激的な世界だ。
