Beaujolais – worth ageing!

Purple Pager Thomas De Waen has been suggesting for some time that we get together to taste beaujolais with some real age on it. He is, as close students of our Members' forum may have noticed, A Big Fan. Belgian by birth even though he lives in London, he had gone to quite a lot of trouble to assemble some of the cult names, buying some of them in France, for a dinner at the end of last month in the private room at The Quality Chop House.
