Below is my final collection of tasting notes from this year's Nebbiolo Prima, all of them for Riservas: Barolo 2007, Barbaresco 2008 and Roero 2009 – although of course I tasted them in reverse order.

The last day of Nebbiolo Prima was, as always, devoted to the Riservas. After a tough tasting of the 2009 Barolos, I was looking forward to seeing wines with more age in a category that is considered the pinnacle of quality.
