I got back from Hong Kong early yesterday morning and, thanks to a good night's sleep and an afternoon siesta, was able to attend both annual events organised by the Institute of Masters of Wine: the annual bordeaux tasting (featuring 2007s and a couple of innovations this year) in the morning and the annual ceremony to welcome new Masters of Wine in the evening.
