After blind-tasting all of the Zaragoza wines I reported on yesterday (see Zaragoza, land of great Garnacha), I still wanted to check in on three projects that rank among my favourite producers in Spain: Bodegas Frontonio, Pago de Aylés and El Escocés Volante. So I requested additional samples which I tasted non-blind and report on here, together with the few wines included in the blind tasting.
